Did you know that as a nonprofit organization, we have an incredible Board of Directors who support Ingenuity and help ignite the creative spark across Cleveland? We are thrilled to introduce Radhika Balasubramaniam, Co-Secretary!

Radhika has been on the Board at Ingenuity since 2022 and is deeply involved in Cleveland`s arts and culture landscape. She is the Senior Director or Marketing and GTM for Global Risk and Identity Products for Visa and is an expert at creative storytelling which she utilizes in both her professional and non-profit work.

Fun fact about Radhika: She is a classically trained South Indian Classical dancer, and spent a good portion of 25+ years learning, performing, and advancing her dance training in India. Over the past 10 years, she has made the shift from being on stage to being back stage as an organizer with the Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival @clevelandthyagarajafestival! The festival is taking place now through April 21st, so be sure to check it out and say "Hey!" to Radhika if you see her! ...
