We are seeking team-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills and the flexibility to work across a range of job functions, including on-site and administrative needs. Ingenuity’s success is based on a highly collaborative team that includes staff and board members plus a network of trusted contractors, volunteers, community leaders and service providers working to create programming that is highly responsive to a wide range of circumstances.

  • Have a flexible schedule: (internships are part-time at approximately 10 hours/wk during the semester or 15-20 hours/wk in summer, but may increase during program times.

Available Internships:

Digital Marketing Intern

Help with every step of our social media strategy! You'll be responsible for creating digital content and advertisements, communicating with media partners, maintaining channels and software, and refining systems & strategies.

Other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Marketing & Development Manager

Event Operations Intern

You'll be responsible for preparing event logistics; maintaining contact with vendors, exhibitors; researching and contacting potential event partners; attending walkthroughs with potential partners, and managing week- and day-of IngenuityFest operations.

Reports to: Managing Director

Graphic Design Intern

Work with our team to establish and refine style and production of a wide variety of collateral types distributed to different audiences, both print and digital. Ability to experiment and pursue projects of interest readily available!
